It's all about the stock, whish consist of chicken on the bone, beef or veal bone, whole vegetables such as leek, celery root, onion and carrots simmered for hours to bring out all the flavors and then everthing is strained for a chicken broth that is clear and it's poured over kluski(noodles) with some chopped carrots, parsley and piesces of chicken....The perfect feel good soup
